Out-of-Stock Products

K20Tuned LLC will offer dropshipping option to customers in the event that products are out of stock. If product has to be ordered, we will ship to customers once package arrives to our facility. Usually, products ship 24-72 hours after placement based on customer payment method.

Shipping Methods

USPS and UPS are the two main companies we use for shipping customer orders. If needed we can ship via FedEX or DHL and will accomadate customers with shipping accounts if desired. Customer account number will be required.

Standard shipping will be USPS Parcel Post, Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Customers may request Next Day or other expedited services if needed.

International Customers

K20Tuned LLC ships overseas via USPS International Priority but if needed we will ship USPS EMS Express, UPS, FedEX or DHL. Standard packages may arrive in 10 - 21 business days based on destination and season.

In some cases shipping overseas may become delayed due to shipping company. Please note that we are not responsible for delayed shipping due to shipping company.

Delivery and Tracking Number

Packages once shipped will have an associated tracking number. We will email you the tracking information for your convenience. Please refer to this tracking number to get an estimated time of delivery and routing of your package.

Special Shipping

Sometimes we have to ship large bulky items and cannot used standard services due to expensive shipping costs. In these cases Freight Companies are used to deliver customer products.

International customers will have to receive these packages at the airport in their country as Airport to Airport service is most cost effective.

Customer Privacy

Personal information is kept private and secure. Placing orders require customers to provide name, email address, physical address, phone number, and a password. This information is use to process orders only and to update customers regarding order status. Information is not passed onto any 3rd party companies for any reason.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology provided by Geotrust.

Purchases in Error

Customers may purchase products and then realize days later that the product is incorrect for their application. If this is the case please contact us immediately. We will exchange or refund your payment on a case by case basis.

Please note: Shipping charges paid will be Non-Refundable.

Processing Fees

Please be aware that Credit Card and PayPal fees are paid by K20Tuned LLC when customers place orders using these methods. Sometimes orders get canceled or returned but the customer because of he/she no longer wants product. K20Tuned LLC will refund payment but processing fees are Non-Refundable.

Product Returns

K20Tuned LLC understands that there are times where customers purchase incorrect products or are unsatisfied after receiving purchases. We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase and process exchanges and refunds accordingly.

Products must be authorized by us for return before customers ships package to K20Tuned LLC. Please contact us before shipping packages. Furthermore, products will be inspected once received and must be in original condition when returned.

No Products will be accepted after 30 days; however, if applicable returned products during 30 day period will be subjected to 15% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for shipping cost to send packages back to K20Tuned LLC

Sales Taxes

K20Tuned LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax (Florida 6%) for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Florida.
