Credit Cards Purchases

K20Tuned LLC accepts most major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover) and processing is handles by 3rd party merchant solution - Authorized.net

Authorized.net processes in 24-48 hours. All purchases will start processing after payment has settled from merchant services.

Purchases can be made directly on this website or Phone Orders accepted if needed.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number that corresponds with your credit card company in order for checkout to be successful. Order will be declined by credit card processor if this information is incorrect.

Credit Card orders must be shipped to billing address ONLY. Exceptions will only be made for special request cases. In these cases we will be require to furnish proof of identity to protect both you, our customers and K20Tuned LLC.

Note: Credit Card statements will reflect charges from K20Tuned LLC, if there is any discrepancy or unclear information contact us immediately.

Other Payment Methods

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, PayPal and Bank Wire Transfer are other options available to customers when making purchases. All Money Orders and Cashier's Checks must originate from US financial institutes and made in U.S Dollars.

Orders will be processed after Money Orders and Cashiers Checks had cleared.

PayPal is another popular form of payment widely used by customers. Please be aware that there is a 3 day processing delay because funding to our account from PayPal is required.

No addition PayPal fees will be required for website purchases; however, if order is placed via email or phone and exceeds $500USD. PayPal 3.5% fee will be collected from customers.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we usually ship all items in one package at the same time. In some cases items bay be out of stock and will be dropshipped from our suppliers. If dropshipping option is not available there will be a delay in order completion which hinders shipping momentarily. K20Tuned LLC will make an extra effort to complete these orders and expedite shipping is some situations.

Order Acceptance Policy

Once order is placed you will be emailed an official receipt. This receipt of an electronic confirmation that you have successfully completed or with K20Tuned LLC and your account will be charged accordingly. In some cases orders may be review for validity and if applicable K20Tuned LLC reserves the rights to decline order and refund transaction.

Situations where this may occur is mainly in suspicious fradulent transactions when customers was contacted and we got no response or refusal to comply to validation proceedures.

Validation Proceedures

In some cases based on our merchant processing verification responses, we may require customers to verify their identity when using Credit Cards. This will require customers to furnish a copy of their driver's license, copy of credit card and recent billing statement for associated credit card.
